Diet and exercise. Most
diets work if you follow them. The best one for you is one you can live
with. The time to start is NOW! Forget about the celebrations
coming up or the other excuses that have you putting if off. There will
always be special occasions ... don't you want to look better at the next
one you attend?

As with any diet, you should always consult your medical doctor first. Get started on a diet first, then incorporate at least fifteen minutes a day's worth of exercise. Exercise makes a HUGE difference. Try to add another five minutes each day, with your goal being one hour per day. Choose the type of exercise that you can live with. Walking is a great start and can be very enjoyable in nice weather. |
