I agree
with you Deb, I think an "ex" is an "ex" and
that's the end of that relationship!!! If he's thinking of
divorce he mustn't love and respect his wife for who she is and must
have other problems, if that's what he wants to get divorced over!!

the married guy who still talks to his ex-girlfriend: Hmmm,
interesting situation, of course -- and I suppose it comes down to
motivation on the guy's part and on the ex-girlfriend's part. The wife
is stuck in the middle and is pretty powerless, can't really do much of
anything, except react. (Always a very tough place to be!) The husband and
the ex-girlfriend must really take a look at their motivation for keeping
up contact. Is there a flame still burning? Are there some twitchings in
the old loins when they talk/make contact? You see, it's THEIR karma that
influences the wife's position. There is no question about what comes
first -- chicken/egg thing, etc. Now the wife is stuck -- and can only do
what she is comfortable doing. Sometimes dealing out bad karma is the most
appropriate thing to do, because it just might cause the others to examine
why they are sending out the karma that THEY are broadcasting! (Their
behavior MAY just be some innocent flirting -- but is probably isn't.)
