Atticus Finch is a moral pillar and a strong advocate of justice, and the rest of the characters are equally as fascinating and unique. The story is told through Scout, a young girl who is both innocent and wise beyond her years. Through her eyes, we learn about the racism and injustice of the South, and are forced to confront our own prejudices and biases. The 50th Anniversary Edition is an excellent edition to the classic, with additional content that adds even more depth and understanding to the story. I highly recommend this edition to anyone who is looking to read an amazing book with an important message.
