I recently read Stephen Kings novel Bag of Bones and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a great read and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The story follows the protagonist, Mike Noonan, who is a novelist suffering from bouts of writers block and struggling with the death of his wife. He retreats to the lakeside town of Sara Laughs and finds himself caught up in a supernatural mystery and a struggle against a powerful force.

The novel is full of suspense and mystery. The characters are well-developed and the story line is full of twists and turns. There is a nice mix of the supernatural and reality that makes the reader really question whats real and what isnt. There are moments of terror and horror that keep the reader on the edge of their seat.

Overall, I thought Bag of Bones was an amazing read and I highly recommend it. Stephen King does an excellent job of weaving a gripping tale full of suspense and mystery. The setting of the lakeside town of Sara Laughs adds an extra layer of intrigue to the story.
